About Me

Hi, my name is Holly, and I am a Level 3 qualified childcare professional with a genuine passion for working with children.

I have been working as a private nanny since January 2026 and previously worked at The Hawthorns School and Nursery for two years. During my time there, I gained valuable experience caring for and supporting children in a nursery environment. Prior to joining the nursery, I also worked as a dance teacher there, teaching children aged 1–2 years, which further developed my confidence and experience working with young children.

I am DBS Update Service registered, hold a clean full UK driving licence and have use of my own car.

I have always felt that being a nanny is the perfect career for me, as I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and helping them learn, grow and develop. I am a caring, patient and enthusiastic person who enjoys creating a fun, positive and nurturing environment for children.

I am a very active person and love being outdoors. I enjoy taking children to parks, going on nature walks, visiting soft plays and farms, and finding new activities and places to explore. I also enjoy plenty of indoor activities, including baking, arts and crafts, water play, painting, reading and imaginative play. Most importantly, I love getting involved in children’s play and following their interests.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my partner. I also have two younger siblings, who I have watched grow up and have always been a big part of their lives. This has given me lots of additional experience and has helped me develop a natural understanding of children’s different personalities, needs and stages of development.

I understand that choosing someone to care for your child is a very important decision and can feel daunting. My aim is to provide a happy, calm, safe and nurturing environment where your child or children feel comfortable, supported and able to thrive. I want parents to feel confident and reassured that their children are in caring and trustworthy hands.
