My Experience

I’m a qualified primary school teacher with over five years’ experience working with children across a range of settings. I have previous nannying experience, including caring for babies and toddlers, as well as professional experience working with pre-school and primary-aged children.

Alongside nannying, I have worked as a primary teacher, early years practitioner, maths tutor and dance class assistant. My experience has involved caring for children of different ages, planning activities, supporting learning and development, managing routines and building positive relationships with children and their families.

I also have experience supporting children with additional support needs and am Emergency Paediatric First Aid trained, with additional training in Epilepsy Response and Diabetes Care.

My Qualifications

I am a qualified primary school teacher with a PGDE in Primary Education from the University of Glasgow. I also have professional early years experience, having worked as a Nursery Practitioner across baby, toddler and pre-school rooms. I hold an Emergency Paediatric First Aid at Work qualification and have completed additional training in Epilepsy Response and Diabetes Care.

• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)

My standard rate is £20 per hour, reflecting my professional childcare experience and qualifications. Rates may vary depending on the number and ages of children, hours required and the responsibilities involved. I’m happy to discuss rates with families based on their individual requirements.
