About Me
We’re a warm, busy and relaxed family based in East London, with a bright, funny and very sociable three-year-old daughter. We both work, so we’re looking for someone lovely and dependable who can become a consistent part of her weekly routine.
She’s confident, curious and chatty, loves being out and about, reading, drawing, imaginative play and generally getting involved in whatever is going on. She eats normal family food and we encourage her to be independent, adventurous and kind.
We’re a friendly household and really value someone who is warm, proactive and genuinely enjoys spending time with children. For us, the right relationship and personality fit are just as important as experience.
My Requirements
We’re looking for an experienced, warm and reliable nanny to help us Monday–Thursday, approximately 3pm–6.30pm, primarily with our three-year-old daughter.
The role would include nursery/school pick-up, bringing her home or taking her to occasional activities, preparing a simple healthy dinner, playing with her and helping with the early-evening routine. We’d also really appreciate someone who is naturally proactive with child-related tasks - keeping her things organised, preparing her bag for the next day and generally helping the afternoons run smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who is confident taking initiative but also communicates well with us and feels comfortable becoming part of the rhythm of our family. Ideally we’d love to find someone looking for a consistent longer-term role rather than something very temporary.
