About Me

Hi! I’m Lois, mum to our little boy Jude, who was born in November 2025. We live in Harpenden with my husband Oli and our friendly Cavapoo, Charlie.

We’re looking for a wonderful childminder who can become a trusted and consistent part of Jude’s life as I return to work. We’re hoping to find someone warm, nurturing and experienced who genuinely loves spending time with little ones and creating a fun, happy environment for them.

Jude is a very happy, sociable and curious little boy. He loves being out and about, exploring, playing and interacting with people. He has a good routine at home, so we’d love to find someone who can offer the best of both worlds — a cosy, home-from-home environment while also getting out for walks, classes, playgroups, parks and little adventures.

We really value outdoor time, good food, learning through play and lots of interaction. We’re particularly interested in someone with strong early-years experience and qualifications, but most importantly we’re looking for someone kind, engaged and affectionate who we feel completely comfortable leaving Jude with.

We’re based in Harpenden but are happy to travel a little for the right person. We’d love to find someone we can build a long-term relationship with as Jude grows.
