My Experience

I have extensive experience in the health and social care sector. Since 2014, I have worked in various care roles, supporting individuals with their personal, emotional and practical needs while promoting their safety, dignity, independence and well-being.

My last role was as a Field Care Liaison Supervisor. My responsibilities included completing assessments and care reviews, supervising care workers, conducting spot checks, responding to safeguarding concerns, reviewing incidents and helping to maintain high standards of care.

As a mother of three children, I have valuable personal experience of caring for children at different ages and stages of development. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, positive encouragement and providing a safe and nurturing environment.

My professional care experience, safeguarding knowledge and experience as a parent have prepared me to provide reliable, compassionate and child-centred care. I am committed to working closely with parents and supporting each child’s individual needs, interests, learning and development.

My Qualifications

I am an Ofsted-registered childminder and hold the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Preparing to Work in Home-Based Childcare.

My qualifications, training and professional checks include:

* Enhanced DBS check
* Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Transport Management

My Availability

I offer flexible childcare arrangements to meet the individual needs of children and their families. My availability can include full-day care, part-time care, before-and-after-school care, school drop-offs and collections, subject to availability.

Parents and carers are welcome to contact me to discuss their required days and hours. I will do my best to accommodate each family’s childcare needs.

My Fees

• Childminding from £9.00 per hour

I accept eligible government-funded childcare hours, subject to the relevant funding rules, eligibility criteria and available places. Government funding will be applied at the agreed funded rate and may cover only the funded childcare hours. Any additional hours, meals, activities, consumables, school or nursery drop-offs and collections, late collections, bank holidays or care outside my usual working hours may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed with parents in advance.

I also provide school and nursery drop-off and collection services, subject to availability and location. Drop-offs and collections completed during contracted childcare hours are included in the applicable hourly fee. Any separate school-run or transportation charges will be discussed and agreed with parents in advance.

Additional meals or other refreshments may be subject to additional charges, depending on the childcare arrangement and funding requirements.

All fees, government-funded hours, additional charges and payment arrangements will be clearly stated in the childcare contract before care begins.
