My Requirements

Part?time nanny wanted for our almost?one?year?old (Deptford, London). We are looking for a kind, experienced part?time nanny for our son, who will soon be one.
The role
• 3 days per week
• 4–5 hours per day, daytime (e.g. late morning to mid?afternoon, adjustable around my working from home)
• Mainly based at our home, with occasional local walks and outings in good weather
• Supporting his routine: play, feeding, naps, developmentally appropriate activities, and lots of cuddles
What we’re looking for
• A long?term nanny who is happy to grow with our son – initially as a home?based nanny, and later potentially adapting to the needs like (nursery pick?ups, after?school care, holiday cover)
• Someone who can speak Russian or Greek (ideally both, but either is wonderful), as we are raising him bilingually in a Greek–Russian household
• Warm, patient, and genuinely fond of babies and toddlers. Responsible.
• Confident with all aspects of baby care: feeding, nappy changing, sleep routines, safe play, and early learning through play
• Able to follow our family’s approach to routines, screen time, and outdoor time
• Right to work in the UK, up?to?date DBS (or willing to obtain one), and happy to provide references
