My Experience

I have extensive hands-on experience caring for children through helping to raise my younger sister, who has Down syndrome. This has given me a strong understanding of patience, compassion, responsibility and the importance of adapting to each child’s individual needs.

Through caring for her, I have experience with day-to-day routines, keeping children entertained and engaged, preparing meals, helping with tasks and activities, providing reassurance and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. I am comfortable supporting children who may need additional patience, attention or assistance.

My Qualifications

I do not currently hold a formal childcare qualification, but I have extensive practical childcare experience from helping to raise and care for my younger sister, as well as some professional childcare experience.

My Availability

My availability is flexible, with most of my availability being in the evenings after university throughout the week. I am generally available until late at night and can also be flexible around my university schedule. I am happy to discuss specific days and times with parents and accommodate their childcare needs where possible.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour

My standard babysitting rate is £13 per hour. For late-night babysitting, my rate is £15 per hour. I am happy to discuss rates depending on the number of children, hours required and specific childcare needs, and I am flexible with regular or occasional bookings.
