About Me

Hi my names Ellie I am a university student in Cardiff however when I’m not at university I live in London. Before starting university in Cardiff I took a gap year where I worked as an afterschool nanny for two young girls who were aged 5 and 7. I have also worked the occasional babysitting job which is more that I am interested in now due to being a student. I have some experience with autism as my brother who is five years younger than me has autism so therefore I can understand how it works and have learnt how to deal with certain situations however I understand that it is different in everyone. I am a very bubbly and energetic person and will absolutely get involved with games and love being outdoors, as well as enjoying the quiet night in doing a movie night or baking as I absolutely love to cook and would say I am a very good cook. I am doing a degree in history and aswell as this I took a variety of GCSE’s and alevels which I scored relatively high grades in so therefore I am able to help with home work and possibly the occasional tutoring.

My Experience

I have looked after children ranging between the ages of 5-11 which does not include my brother who I often did look after due to us having a 5 year age gap. I have looked after children with and without Sen/d aswell as looking after boys and girls. I have my own car and a full uk driving licence.

My Qualifications

I am dbs checked I have alevels in history politics and economics while I am also in the process of my history degree.

My Availability

My availability will range on my university timetable and my plans that week but will often be in the evenings on a Thursday or Tuesday.
