My Requirements

We’re looking for someone caring, reliable and genuinely warm who can become a trusted part of our family. As parents, we value someone who is attentive and nurturing, but also enjoys getting out and about with our daughter and encouraging her curiosity and independence.

We’re a multilingual family, with Mandarin, German and English spoken at home. We’d love for our daughter to continue hearing and enjoying different languages, so speaking Mandarin or German would be a lovely bonus, although it’s certainly not essential.

For now, we’re looking for regular half-day childcare once a week, with flexibility around the exact day and hours. I’ll generally be around during the childcare time, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working alongside a parent initially.

We’re hoping to find someone who is a really good fit for our family and, if things work well, build a long-term relationship with them. We’re also hoping to welcome a second little one in the future, so there may eventually be an opportunity for the role to develop into a full-time nanny position.
