Hi! I’m an enthusiastic and responsible 18-year-old looking for babysitting work before I go travelling. I have around 4 years of experience as a gymnastics coach, so I’m very comfortable working with children of different ages and personalities. Through coaching, I’ve developed strong communication, patience and responsibility, and I really enjoy creating a fun and positive environment for children.
I’m also qualified in British Gymnastics Child Safeguarding, so I understand the importance of keeping children safe and making sure they feel comfortable and supported. I’m reliable, friendly and approachable, and I’d love the opportunity to help families with their childcare needs.
My Experience
I have 4 years of experience working as a gymnastics coach, regularly working with children of a range of ages. My role involved supervising children aged 4 and up during sessions, teaching gymnastics skills, planning and leading activities, and making sure everyone was safe and included.
I have experience managing groups of children, communicating with both children and parents, handling different personalities and needs, and creating a fun but safe environment. I am also qualified in British Gymnastics Child Safeguarding, giving me a good understanding of my responsibilities when working with children.
My Qualifications
I have no childcare qualifications but I do have plenty of experience working with children. However, I am a level 1 qualified artistic gymnastics coach and am also qualified in safeguarding for British gymnastics.
