My Experience

I have over 5 years of independent experience in babysitting and nannying, caring for children of different ages and supporting their individual needs. Through this experience, I have gained confidence in creating a safe, fun and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and cared for.

I also have personal experience caring for my special needs foster brother, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of patience, communication and adapting to individual needs. Alongside this, I have 3 years of experience in SEND schools, where I have worked with children with a range of additional needs and gained valuable hands-on experience.

I have experience working with children of all ages, and my key goal with every child is to build a genuine, trusting relationship with them. I love supporting children with their development, encouraging their confidence and helping them reach important milestones while making sure they feel happy, safe and valued.

My Qualifications

I have completed a range of relevant qualifications and training that support my experience working with children and vulnerable individuals. My qualifications and certificates include:

* Certificate in Safeguarding Children
* Certificate in Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults
* Certificate in Health and Safety
* Emergency First Aid Certificate
* PACE (Police and Criminal Evidence) training

These qualifications have helped me develop a strong understanding of safeguarding, safety, professional responsibilities and how to respond appropriately in different situations. I believe my training, alongside my practical childcare and SEND experience, allows me to provide children with a safe, supportive and caring environment.

My Availability

I am also a secondary carer for my siblings, so my day-to-day availability can vary depending on family commitments. However, I am generally very flexible and will always do my best to accommodate families where possible.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour

My standard babysitting rate is £14 per hour for one child. For additional children, my rates are:

• 1 child: £14 per hour
• 2 children: £15 per hour
• 3+ children: £16–£18 per hour

My rates reflect my 5+ years of babysitting and nannying experience, as well as my experience working with children of all ages and children with SEND. I am also First Aid and Safeguarding trained and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

I am happy to discuss rates depending on the family’s individual needs and the responsibilities involved, such as meal preparation, bath and bedtime routines, homework support or additional care requirements.
