My Experience

I have 29 years of experience working with children, having started in childcare at 16.
I have worked in various childcare settings, mainly based in nurseries and paediatric hospital settings, supporting children and families with a wide range of needs.
My healthcare experience includes caring for children with complex needs, and I also have experience with newborns through to teenagers from previous nursery and hospital work and within my own family.
I am comfortable supporting children with additional needs and understand the importance of providing safe, patient and individualised care.
Alongside my professional experience, I genuinely enjoy working with children and building positive, trusting relationships with both children and their families.

My Qualifications

I hold relevant childcare qualifications as a professional practitioner. I am DBS-checked and have first aid training, as well as extensive healthcare training and early years experience gained through my NHS and nursery roles over the years.
I am also currently studying for a degree at The Open University, focusing on Psychology, counselling, human biology and mental health.

My Availability

I have a lot of availability throughout September, with it changing slightly in October due to other work commitments and University study; however, I am flexible and happy to discuss arrangements based on individual childcare needs.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour

£13-14per hour. My usual babysitting rate is £13 per hour. My rate may change slightly depending on individual requirements, needs and the number of children.
