Part Time Nanny Job in Hale Barns
About Me
I am a separated father with two lovely daughters aged 5 and 7. Their mum and I share their care 50/50 and both live locally in Hale Barns.
We are looking for a reliable, warm and trustworthy person who can become a regular part of our family routine. We are both busy professionals and are looking for someone who is comfortable helping with both the children and general household duties.
The girls are at school locally and are happy, sociable children. We are looking for someone dependable who can help make our mornings and evenings run smoothly.
My Requirements
We are looking for a housekeeper / family helper to support us in Hale Barns.
Our main requirement is help 3 days per week, split between mornings and after school:
Morning: 7:30am–9:30am
Help get the girls ready for school, including helping with their hair, breakfast and the morning routine, followed by tidying up once they have left for school.
Afternoon/evening: 4:00pm–6:00pm
Help with the girls after school, prepare their dinner and tidy up afterwards.
We would ideally like someone who is also happy to undertake housekeeping/cleaning duties, including general cleaning, tidying, laundry and helping keep the house organised.
There is flexibility for the right person. If you are looking for more hours, we can potentially offer around 30 hours per week, with the additional hours being primarily housekeeping/cleaning.
A driver would be preferable, as this would give us greater flexibility with school runs and errands, although we would still be interested in speaking to an excellent candidate who does not currently drive.
Reliability and trustworthiness are particularly important to us. We are looking for someone who enjoys being around children, is happy to help with the household and would ideally like a stable, longer-term position.
We are happy to discuss the exact working pattern and hours with the right person.
