About Me
I’m a Registered Midwife offering professional, personalised postnatal support to families in the comfort of their own home.
I provide one-to-one support during those early weeks with a new baby, including newborn care, feeding and breastfeeding support, maternal wellbeing, building confidence with your baby and the transition into parenthood.
As an experienced midwife, I understand that every family is different. Sometimes you need practical, hands-on support; sometimes you simply need someone knowledgeable and reassuring to talk things through with. My visits are tailored to what you and your family need at that particular stage.
I offer flexible private visits and bespoke packages, providing calm, compassionate and evidence-based support when you need an extra pair of experienced hands.
Please note that I am using Childcare.co.uk to connect with families who may benefit from my private postnatal midwifery service. I am not seeking employment as a nanny or maternity nurse.
My Experience
I am a Registered Midwife with experience supporting women, babies and families throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. My midwifery experience has given me extensive knowledge of newborn care, infant feeding, breastfeeding, maternal wellbeing and the many adjustments that come with bringing a new baby home.
I have supported families with a wide range of needs and understand that the postnatal period can feel very different for every parent. I’m particularly passionate about helping parents feel informed, reassured and confident in caring for their baby, while also making sure that the mother’s own wellbeing is not overlooked.
Alongside my clinical experience, I am also a mum myself, so I understand the reality of those early days from a personal perspective too. I bring together my professional knowledge and a warm, practical approach to provide families with calm, individualised support in their own home.
My Qualifications
I am a Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and a qualified Infant Massage Instructor.
My Availability
My availability is listed below, but I understand that life with a new baby doesn’t always fit neatly into a schedule! If you don’t see a day or time that works for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we can discuss your needs and see what we can arrange.
My Fees
- Maternity Nursing from £25.00 per hour (gross)
My fees are tailored to the type and length of support required. Please get in touch to discuss your family’s needs and I’ll be happy to provide further information about my current rates and available packages.
