My Requirements

We are a welcoming, active family looking for an experienced, proactive, and loving live-out nanny to join our family and care for our two young boys.

Role Overview
Location: West Dulwich, London (SE21)
Children: 2 boys — aged 2.5 years and 8 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:30 (52.5 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Full-time, Live-out

Daily Schedule & Routine
8-month-old: Full-time, sole charge throughout the day, focusing on sensory development, outdoor play, nap routines, and weaning/meals.
2.5-year-old: Attends local nursery (10-minute walk) 5 days per week, 09:00 – 15:00 (term-time only). Nanny will handle morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up on foot.

During school holidays, you will have sole charge of both boys for full days, planning fun days out, outings to local parks, and age-appropriate activities.

Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Development: Planning engaging, developmentally appropriate activities (indoor play, crafts, storytime, playgroups, trips to local parks & museums).
Nursery Runs: Drop-off and pick-up for the eldest boy (within walking distance).
Meals: Cooking healthy, fresh, and age-appropriate meals for the children. Meal prep plan to be done in advance of every week.

Nanny-Nursery Duties
Children's laundry and ironing.
Keeping the boys' bedrooms, buggies, play areas, and kitchen/dining space tidy after meals.
Organizing, cycling, and rotating toys and clothes as the boys grow.
Keeping nappy caddies and items around the house organised and up to date.

Pet Care: We have a friendly dog in the home! He will just need to be fed during the day (no dog walking required), so an animal lover is essential.

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a nanny caring for babies and toddlers/pre-schoolers simultaneously.
Valid Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete before start date).
Enhanced DBS check (or on the update service).
Valid right to work in the UK.
Excellent communication, warm energy, and a love for the outdoors.
Confident and comfortable around dogs.

Package & Salary
Salary: TBD - Depending on experience
