Full-Time Nanny/PA - Finchley
A lovely family in Finchley (15 minutes walk from Finchley Central) is looking for a nanny/PA to start in early October.
Three school-aged children: 16, 14 and (almost) 11. All polite, well behaved and genuinely lovely. The parents are supportive and great communicators. No pets.
My Requirements
The role
Driving the children to activities and making sure homework gets done. Limited meal preparation is required, no house cleaning. You'll need to be very organised, pro-active and a confident driver. A car is provided for work use if required.
The role also includes household administration:
- Organising the children's calendars
- Planning food menus and doing the weekly shop
- Keeping on top of activities and school events
- Any other admin the family requires
Hours - 35 to 40 per week on average, with some flex:
- Monday 12pm to 10pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 2.30pm to 8.30pm
- Every other Friday free on average; when needed, 2.30pm to 8.30pm
- Longer days during school holidays
- A couple of mornings 7am to 9am would be ideal, but this is optional
Requirements
- UK driving licence (essential)
- Valid DBS
- First aid certificate
- Ideally a school or tutoring background, or good experience supporting a child through the 11+ or other entrance exams
Salary - around £40,000 per annum gross, depending on experience and hours.
