Part Time Nanny Job in St. Austell
About Me
We’re a warm and caring family looking for a loving, experienced nanny to care for our little boy as I return to work part-time. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and will provide a nurturing, stimulating and fun environment where he can grow in confidence and independence.
My partner, mother, sister and I all work from home, so although we’ll be around during the day, we’ll be working and want our nanny to be his main go-to person while we’re working. We’re very much looking for someone who can take the lead with his care and activities, while knowing that we’re close by if needed.
We value a calm, caring approach and would love to find someone who will feel like a trusted extension of our family. We’re hoping to build a long-term relationship with the right person and welcome someone into our home and family life as we build our family.
We are multilingual English, French and German so any of those language skills is a plus.
My Requirements
We’re looking for a warm, nurturing and experienced nanny to care for our son while I return to work part-time in January. We’d ideally like someone who can:
• Provide attentive, loving care and make him feel secure and happy
• Take the lead on his day-to-day routine, including naps, meals and age-appropriate activities
• Plan fun, stimulating activities such as walks, trips to local groups, play, books and time outdoors
• Support his development and growing independence in a calm, responsive way
• Be his main point of contact during the day while both parents work from home
• Prepare simple meals for him and help with tidying his toys/child-related areas
• Build a warm, trusting relationship with him and become a familiar and valued part of our family
We’re hoping to find someone looking for a long-term position who is happy to become part of our family life.
We are multilingual English, French and German so any of those language skills is a plus.
