My Requirements

Currently we require someone to have our 3 year old son, likely during the day along with perhaps nursery days too, it’ll be a case of understanding what’s best for him. We have much longer school runs for my step daughter which are proving difficult, so would love someone local to help with the extra hours meaning our son doesn’t need to do such long days in nursery. He thrives best one on one, or with more focused attention, so we feel a childminder would be better for him. Then moving to his school years we will need someone to help with drop off/pickup on certain days too. Our son loves numbers and alphabet, loves reading, so we’d love to find someone who can work on these skills with him. He’ll be one of the youngest in his school year, so our aim is to get him school ready and be confident among other children, whilst respecting rules of sitting down, listening etc.
