I’m Macarena, I’m originally from Chile. I came to the UK with my husband, who completed his PhD at the University of Oxford. I’m currently in the UK on a Student Dependant visa, which gives me the right to work here.
I absolutely love working with children. Being able to spend time with them, support them in their daily routines, play with them and encourage their curiosity truly brings me so much joy.
I’m a very calm and easy-going person. In my free time, I enjoy reading, going to cafés and museums, cooking, and watching TV series and movies. I really enjoy helping others, I adapt easily to new situations, and I always try to keep an optimistic attitude and be willing to help the people around me.
My Experience
I have several years of experience caring for children. I have experience looking after children in Chile, as well as babysitting in Oxfordshire. I’m currently working as an au pair in Northern Ireland, where I look after a 12-year-old boy with ADHD.
My Qualifications
Law graduate from Universidad Alberto Hurtado in Chile. I also have several years of childcare experience in Chile, babysitting experience in Oxfordshire, and I am currently working as an au pair in Northern Ireland, caring for a 12-year-old child with ADHD
