We mainly need help before school, while Jan is at home waiting for his school bus to pick him up, and after school, as his bus brings him home before my husband and I return from work.

We mainly need help before school, while Jan is at home waiting for his school bus to pick him up, Aprox 07:45 - 8:30 and after school, as his bus brings him home Aprox 16:30-18:00 before my husband and I return from work.
We are looking for someone who is patient, understanding and comfortable supporting an autistic child. Experience working with children with additional needs would be especially appreciated.
The role would involve keeping Jan safe and comfortable, helping him with toileting when he arrives home, and supporting him while he eats his dinner until my husband and I return from work.
We are hoping to find someone dependable, caring and calm who can build a positive and trusting relationship with Jan.
