My Summary

My Experience

I have extensive hands-on childcare experience from working at children’s summer camps for three summers. I cared for children aged 4–12 in a full-day setting from 8am–5pm, supervising activities, meals, transitions and daily routines. Most recently, I worked at a residential summer camp for seven weeks with children aged 6–8, following a week of staff training. This included living with and being responsible for the children, helping with morning wake-ups, getting ready for the day, activities, mealtimes, and bedtime routines. I am First Aid and CPR certified and can provide strong references from my previous childcare experience.

I have three summers of professional childcare experience working at children’s summer camps with children aged 4–12. I also recently completed seven weeks working at a residential summer camp with children aged 6–8, following a week of staff training. I have studied Chinese for many years and am happy to incorporate this into childcare or help with basic language practice. References from previous childcare roles are available.

My Availability

I’m a university student based in London and am particularly available for after-school, evening and weekend childcare. I’m happy to take on regular weekly arrangements as well as occasional or one-off babysitting. I can work around my university schedule and am happy to discuss availability in advance to find a schedule that works well for your family!
