My Requirements

I am exploring childcare options, particularly for when I return to parttime work, possibly as early as April. My husband works long hours and we have no family who can commit to regular care. I would like to find something that can fit in around our needs.

I jave ticked all the boxes on what we need but we are flexible. Someone who has experience with young babies around 4-6 months old and can do a school drop off or pick up , aiming for at least twice a week although ideally we would ease into this somewhat while baby is very little!

Opportunity also to start as an after school Mother's Help a couple of days a week from January, to get to know us all and to help me with my 4 year old as she adjusts to new baby.

Experience with additional needs and adaptability in styles of childcare would be excellent, but we're particularly looking for someone who can adapt easily to different needs, willing to learn , willing to work patiently with communication differences and able to work positively and collaboratively with us as parents.
