My Experience
I have experience of caring for children of different ages. I worked as an au pair for two families in Australia caring for children aged 3–12 and helping with daily routines, school runs, activities, meals, homework and bedtime. I also volunteered at an after school club, where I helped keep children entertained and supported them with activities. Alongside this, I have experience working as a support worker, which has developed my patience, responsibility and ability to care for others. I’m confident managing different personalities and needs and always aim to create a safe, fun and positive environment for children.
My Qualifications
I have a current PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) check, which provides reassurance that I am suitable to work with children and vulnerable people. I am also currently working towards completing my First Aid qualification, further developing my knowledge and confidence in dealing with emergencies. I take children’s safety and wellbeing seriously and always aim to provide a safe, caring and responsible environment.
