My Requirements

I am a full-time Adult Nursing student and require a reliable and flexible nanny or babysitter to help with childcare around my university placement commitments.

My placement days and shift times can vary depending on the placement area I am allocated to, and I do not yet have confirmation of the exact days or hours I will be working. Because of this, I need someone who can be flexible and work around my placement rota once it is provided.

My children currently attend before and after-school clubs on Thursdays and Fridays. Depending on my placement shifts, I may therefore need the nanny or babysitter to collect them from their after-school club on these days and care for them until I return home. On other placement days, I may require help with school drop-offs and/or collections, as well as childcare before or after school.

Some placements may involve early starts, long shifts or later finishes, so there may also be occasions when evening childcare is required.

I am looking for someone dependable, trustworthy and understanding of the fact that healthcare placements do not always follow standard working hours. I will always provide as much notice as possible once I receive my placement rota.

The main purpose of having a nanny or babysitter is to ensure I have reliable childcare in place so that I can attend all of my required nursing placement shifts while knowing that my children are safely cared for.
