About Me
Hi, I’m Summer! I’m an 18-year-old looking for babysitting work during my gap year, having just finished my A-Levels. I love working with kids and want to provide a safe, fun, and reliable service for local parents. I have a full UK driving licence, my own car, and a valid DBS check, so I’m happy to help with school pick-ups or driving to local parks and activities.I’m really used to busy houses and love keeping kids active, whether that’s doing arts and crafts, playing games, or going out to the playground. I'm also more than happy to help out with homework, make dinner/snacks, and help with bedtime routines.
My Experience
Most of my childcare experience comes from helping look after my twin younger sisters at home. I’ve also done occasional evening babysitting for family friends for a few hours at a time, keeping the kids entertained and sorting out bedtime. On top of that, I spent a year volunteering at a SEN primary school, which taught me how to be really patient, communicate well, and make sure every child feels included and safe. I have a valid DBS check from my volunteering, as well as a full UK driving licence and my own car

My Availability
As I'm on a gap year, my schedule is very flexible. I am available for morning/afternoon help, evening babysitting, and last-minute or emergency cover. I am happy to discuss regular weekly slots or one-off bookings.
