I’m looking for a qualified and experienced Early Years Nanny / Educator to support my 4-year-old son at our home in South Manchester.
He is a bright, curious and active child who enjoys learning, being outdoors and staying physically active. I’m looking for someone warm, calm, reliable and professional who can provide consistent care while taking an education-led approach to his days.

My Requirements
I require a part-time qualified Early Years Nanny / Educator every Monday and Tuesday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, including school holidays.
This is an education-led role for a bright and active 4-year-old. The successful candidate will plan engaging learning activities, particularly early maths, science, reading and wider development, alongside plenty of outdoor and physical activity.
Essential requirements include:
• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or above, QTS or Early Years Teacher Status
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one immediately
• Current paediatric first aid
• Two checkable references involving children aged approximately 3–6
• Right to work in the UK
• Reliable Monday and Tuesday availability
• Non-smoker
• Reliable transport/access to South Manchester
• Willingness to occasionally travel with the family
We follow a screen-free approach during childcare hours and are looking for someone who is comfortable following clear routines, boundaries and safeguarding practices.
Rate: £15–£18 gross per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
