My Requirements

I am looking for an experienced, warm and highly professional nanny/housekeeper to support our family with three young children aged 4 years, 2 years and 7 months. I particularly need someone who has experience with ADHD, hyperactivity and challenging behaviour, and who is confident with setting clear boundaries and managing meltdowns in a calm, patient and consistent way. The right person will be loving, joyful and nurturing, but also firm when needed and able to establish good routines and discipline positively. Be able to do educational activities with the children also. Two of the children attend nursery four days a week, so during the day the role will mainly involve caring for the baby alongside full housekeeping duties, including deep cleaning, laundry, organising wardrobes and keeping the whole home exceptionally clean and organised. I am looking for someone discreet, reliable, energetic and able to take initiative without needing constant direction. This can be a live-in or live-out position, with a private room provided for a live-in nanny, and salary is negotiable depending on experience.
