Hi, I'm Alisha, mum to Olivia who is 3 and will be starting Reception at Croxby Primary School. We live in Cottingham and I'm looking for a lovely childminder for her mornings before school.
Olivia is a happy, chatty little girl who loves books, stories, singing and playing. She's a very affectionate little girl and loves being around people, although she can be a little shy when meeting someone new until she gets to know them.
I'm looking for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, plus every other Friday morning, with a drop-off at Croxby. I don't need any school pick-up.
I'm ideally looking for someone local who could become a familiar and trusted person in Olivia's routine as she starts school. I'd love to find someone who feels like the right fit for her rather than just somewhere for her to go before school.

My Requirements
I'm looking for a regular, reliable arrangement for Olivia for school mornings. She'll be starting Reception at Croxby Primary School, and I'll need childcare on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, plus every other Friday morning when she is with me.
I'll only need morning care and a drop-off at Croxby — no school pick-up is required.
Ideally, I'd like someone local to Cottingham/Croxby who is able to do the school run and who can provide a consistent arrangement throughout the school year. I think having the same person and routine each morning would be really important for Olivia, particularly as she'll be starting school.
I'm looking for someone warm, caring, reliable and nurturing, who will make the mornings enjoyable rather than feeling rushed or stressful. Olivia loves books, stories, singing and playing, so someone who enjoys getting involved with the children would be lovely.
I'm also ideally looking for someone who is happy to work with us longer-term rather than just for a short period.
