I am looking for a childminder for my son when I return to work at the end of the year. We’re flexible in the hours needed as he can be dropped off/picked up by myself or his dad at various times. He will be 1 year old when I go back to work & I am very worried about leaving him so really want to find someone I’m comfortable with and that can be flexible if I want to pick him up early or keep him at home (happy to still pay for the hours booked of course).
