My Requirements
We're seeking a caring and flexible part-time nanny/childminder for our delightful 2-year-old daughter, born June 2024.
The ideal candidate will assist in our home, take her to her afternoon preschool, and occasionally handle pickups. My work schedule varies, ranging from 2 days of long 14-hour shifts to stretches of up to 6 weeks then I may be off work for a month but still seek help for drop offs/childcare occasionally. While my husband can manage drop-offs and care on some days, we need someone adaptable who is willing to step in as needed.
Additionally, our family travels frequently, which means there may be times when we are away from London for a few weeks. We’re looking for someone comfortable with this arrangement and ready to help us maintain a nurturing routine for our daughter.
