My Summary

My Experience

I have experience caring for and working with children in a variety of settings. I have a two-year-old younger brother, which has given me hands-on experience with caring for a young child and understanding the patience, attention and responsibility that comes with looking after them.

I have also worked as a kickboxing coach with children, including children with disabilities, medical needs and mental health difficulties. This experience has taught me to be patient, understanding and adaptable, while making sure each child feels safe, supported and included.

Around a year ago, I also completed work experience at a primary school as a teaching assistant. This gave me experience supporting children in a classroom environment and helping with their learning and day-to-day activities.

While I don’t currently have formal nanny qualifications or extensive professional nanny experience, working with children is something I am genuinely passionate about. I am currently studying a course focused on children’s psychology, as I am very interested in understanding children’s development, behaviour and emotional needs. I see childcare as an opportunity to put my existing experience into practice while continuing to learn and develop my skills.

Overall, these experiences have helped me develop strong communication, patience and responsibility, and I really enjoy helping children feel confident, comfortable and happy.

My Qualifications

I have completed my GCSEs and A-Levels, as well as an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). I received a D* in A-Level Health and Social Care. I am also currently studying a course focused on children’s psychology, reflecting my strong interest in child development, behaviour and emotional wellbeing.

My Availability

Available every evening. Day time availability is dependent on University Scheduling and my other part time job.

• Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)
