About Me
I’m a single parent full time student and I’m looking for a childminder flexible hours living in Grate Barr Birmingham, I have two children one with additional needs he’s non verbal, pick up from home after school from the school bus and for my second child before school and after school pick up. My Requirements
A childminder caring for a non-verbal autistic child should provide a safe, welcoming and supportive environment that meets the child’s individual needs. The childminder should understand the child’s communication methods and provide appropriate support with communication, eating, drinking, toileting, personal care, sensory needs and daily routines. They should have suitable safeguarding and supervision arrangements, make reasonable adjustments where needed, and work closely with the child’s parents or carers to understand their routines, preferences, triggers and ways of communicating
