About Me
We’re a friendly working family looking for a warm, reliable and engaging childminder or nanny for our 22-month-old daughter. She is a happy, curious and sociable little girl who loves being outdoors, going for walks, exploring and learning through play. We also have a friendly family dog and spend lots of time outside together.
We’re looking for someone who will genuinely get to know her and provide a caring, stimulating and nurturing environment where she can feel settled and thrive. Outdoor time, age-appropriate activities, learning and development are particularly important to us, alongside plenty of affection, fun and a good routine.
We are looking for a new childcare arrangement fairly urgently and would ideally like to find someone who can become a consistent and trusted part of her week.
My Requirements
We are looking for childcare Monday to Friday for our 22-month-old daughter, ideally around 8am–6pm, although we can discuss some flexibility for the right provider.
We need a registered childcare provider who accepts the Government’s 30 funded childcare hours. We are therefore primarily looking for an Ofsted-registered childminder or nursery with a funded place available.
We would ideally like plenty of outdoor play, walks/outings, age-appropriate activities and opportunities for learning and development. A warm, nurturing environment and good communication with us are particularly important.
We need care to start within approximately 3 weeks, so we’re very keen to hear from providers with immediate or upcoming availability. We’re based in Thatcham and are happy to travel a reasonable distance for the right setting.
We’re looking for a reliable, long-term arrangement rather than temporary childcare.
