About Me
Hello, I’m Sanya, the founder of Bright Minds Childminding.
I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing and enjoyable environment where children feel happy, confident and supported. I believe every child is unique, and I aim to provide care that supports their individual needs, interests and development.
At Bright Minds, I offer more than just childcare. I provide a warm, home-from-home environment where children can learn, explore, have fun and build their confidence. My care includes school drop-offs and pick-ups, educational support and tutoring, fun days out, age-appropriate activities, creative play and nutritious home-cooked meals.
I understand how important it is for parents and carers to feel confident that their children are in safe and caring hands. I prioritise communication, reliability and building strong relationships with both children and families.
My aim is for every child who comes to Bright Minds to feel valued, listened to and encouraged to be themselves, while developing important skills through play, learning and everyday experiences.
I am DBS checked and Ofsted registered, and I am committed to providing a professional, safe and nurturing childcare service.

My Experience
I have over 5 years of professional experience working as a Support Worker, where I developed strong skills in supporting individuals with their daily needs, wellbeing, communication and personal development.
I am also a parent myself, which has given me valuable first-hand experience of understanding children’s routines, individual needs, development and the importance of creating a safe, loving and nurturing environment.
My professional background, combined with my experience as a parent, has helped me develop a caring, patient and responsible approach. I understand how important it is for parents to know that their child is being cared for by someone they can trust.
At Bright Minds, I bring both my professional experience and personal understanding of family life to provide children with a supportive environment where they can feel secure, learn, have fun and thrive.
My Qualifications
I have completed a range of professional training throughout my career, giving me the knowledge and skills needed to provide safe, responsible and high-quality care.
I have also completed a Paediatric First Aid course, giving me the confidence and practical knowledge to respond appropriately to first-aid situations involving children.
My previous experience as a Support Worker has also involved extensive training around safeguarding, health and safety, supporting individuals, communication and wellbeing.
I am committed to continuing my learning and development so that I can provide the best possible care and support for every child at Bright Minds.
My Availability
Fully available apart from overnight I do school pick and drops off breakfast club ect

- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £10.00 per hour
