My youngest daughter (almost 16 months old) is with me on 5 week days every 2 weeks (my ex and I have a 2,2,3,2,2,3 care setup in place). Ideally I’m wanting a nanny or possibly a baby sitter or child minder to take care of her on the week days I have her, while I work from home. I’d prefer a nanny who could be at my home, with my daughter, ideally (this lets me spend more time with my daughter when possible).
