About Me
I am 19 years old, and this previous summer I achieved a level 2 qualification in health and social care, and the year previous I achieved a level 1 in health, social care and childcare. I am now starting a part time online access to higher education course, to progress onto a midwifery degree. Additionally, I come from a big family and being the oldest granddaughter of 17 grand children, I've had plenty of experience babysitting my younger cousins, and younger sibling of many different ages and different types of neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism). I love engaging with young children, particularly with messy and creative play and get lots of enjoyment from seeing them progress.
My Experience
As previously listed above I have plenty of experience babysitting younger cousins and my younger sibling, as well as a qualification in childcare. Which while I was completing, my class spent every Monday morning over 10 weeks interacting and playing with 2-5 year olds in the local nursery.
My Qualifications
My level 2 qualification in health and social care gave me knowledge into healthcare, legislations and professional care. While my level 1 qualification in health, social care and childcare gave me the knowledge into care needs of children at different ages, how to interact with children of different ages and needs, and many different creative play ideas.
My Availability
I am available a couple of days a week for daytime babysitting.
