About Me
I’m a warm, caring and reliable childcare professional with previous experience working with children as well as nannying experience. I genuinely love working with children and really enjoy being part of their development, building strong relationships with them and creating an environment where they feel happy, secure and confident. I’m a patient, organised and positive person, and I’m comfortable helping with all aspects of a child’s daily routine, including preparing meals, playtime, outings, bedtime routines and keeping children engaged with age-appropriate activities. I particularly enjoy getting children out of the house, whether that’s visiting parks, attending activities, exploring new places or planning fun days at home. I’m now looking for a live-in nanny position in London where I can become a trusted and dependable part of a family’s everyday life. I understand that being a live-in nanny is about much more than childcare, so I would always be respectful of the family’s home, routines and parenting preferences while also being someone they can genuinely rely on. I’d love to find a family I can build a long-term relationship with and create lots of happy memories with their children.
My Experience
I have five years of professional childcare experience, working predominantly with children from newborn age through to five years old. During this time I have also worked as a nanny, which has given me valuable one-to-one experience caring for children within a family home. My experience has involved supporting children with their daily routines, development and individual needs, including feeding, sleep routines, nappy changes, potty training, play, outings and age-appropriate activities. I am confident caring for babies and young children and understand how important it is to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Working in childcare for many years has also given me a strong understanding of early childhood development and the different needs children have as they grow. I’m comfortable adapting to each child’s personality, routine and stage of development while working closely with parents to provide consistent care.
