My Experience
I have great hands-on experience working with children of all ages. I previously worked at Ninja Warrior, where I supervised groups of kids, kept them safe on the inflatables and obstacles, and made sure they had an absolute blast. This role taught me how to stay highly alert, manage energy levels, and keep safety a number one priority. In addition to my time at Ninja Warrior, I also have direct childcare experience looking after a younger child. This taught me how to be patient, plan engaging one-on-one activities, follow specific family routines, and provide attentive, caring support.

Group Management & Safety: Proven ability to monitor multiple children at once and prevent accidents, gained from your time at Ninja Warrior.
Behavioural Redirection: Skill in keeping kids focused, positive, and cooperative during high-energy activities.
Routine Maintenance: Experience managing one-on-one schedules, including meal times, play sessions, and winding down.
Age-Appropriate Engagement: The ability to adapt your energy and communication style, whether managing a busy group of older kids or caring for a single younger child.
