My Experience

I have a range of experience in both childcare and tutoring. As an after-school club assistant at St Lawrence School, I have developed my ability to support children’s learning and development while encouraging their independence and confidence. This role has also enabled me to gain childcare-related qualifications, including Jersey’s Children First and an Introduction to Play qualification.

I have also provided tutoring to older students at JCG who were studying compulsory French GCSE and needed additional support with their learning. In addition, I hold a TEFL qualification, allowing me to support children whose first language is not English and who would like to develop their English language skills.

I am enthusiastic, patient and responsible, and I enjoy helping children build their confidence and reach their potential.
