Hi, I’m Tara. I’m a mum of three and currently expecting my fourth baby.
At home with me are my lovely 16-year-old son, who is autistic, and my 9-year-old daughter. I also have a 13-year-old who is away at boarding school. We’re a busy, loving family and we also have our dog, Rosie.
I’m expecting my fourth baby in January and will be having a planned C-section. As I don’t have family nearby to help me during my recovery, I’m looking for a lovely, kind and reliable person who can become an extra pair of hands for our family during those first few weeks and hopefully beyond.
My Requirements
I’ll mainly need practical help keeping the household running — things like preparing family meals, laundry, tidying, light cleaning and generally keeping on top of everyday household jobs while I recover and concentrate on the new baby.
I’m looking for someone warm, trustworthy and proactive who is comfortable in a family home and happy to use their own initiative. It’s also important to me that they are calm and understanding around my autistic son and respectful of his routines.
Ultimately, I’m hoping to find someone we all feel comfortable with and who can make life at home that little bit easier during what will be a very special but busy time for our family.
