About Me

I’m a warm, caring and dependable childcare professional who takes real pride in creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment for children. I believe great childcare is about much more than keeping children occupied — it’s about making them feel valued, understood and confident to be themselves.

I love getting to know each child’s individual personality and interests and finding fun ways to keep them engaged. Whether that’s getting creative with arts and crafts, enjoying stories and imaginative play, helping with homework, playing games or getting some fresh air outdoors, I enjoy making everyday moments fun and meaningful.

I’m naturally patient, attentive and organised, and I understand how important consistency and routine can be for children. I’m also happy to adapt to each family’s way of doing things, including nap times, mealtimes, homework routines, screen-time preferences and other household expectations.

I’m someone who believes in encouraging children with kindness and positive reinforcement while giving them appropriate boundaries and structure. I want children to feel comfortable coming to me, knowing that I will listen to them and take their feelings seriously. For me, the most rewarding part of childcare is seeing a child grow in confidence, learn something new or simply have a lovely day. I’d love to become someone a family can rely on and feel completely comfortable trusting with their children.

I am also first aid trained and hold an enhanced DBS, giving families extra peace of mind.
Qualifications- Level 2 introducing caring for children and young people.
Safe guarding, EYFS Trained.
