My Experience

I have been a Nanny for the past year and 2 months for a lovely family with 2 boys (10,8) and a teenager (14). I spent a lot of time both outdoors and indoors with them, whether playing with them at parks, having craft and cooking days, or days out in central London at the museums. I would also do some light housekeeping and meal prepping for them. They have now started school out of London and therefore no longer need me, so I'm looking for a new role (strong references available). Before moving to London and starting this role, I worked as a beach lifeguard and part of a lifeboat crew, so have a strong background in general and paediatric first aid. I also worked in a summer language school with children aged 5-16, where I worked as an activity planner and supervisor. In 2019, I spent a summer in Canada as a canoe camping leader at a summer camp, which entailed planning, meal prepping, equipment prepping, risk and safety management and leading of 2-5 day canoe camping trips in the total wilderness of Algonquin Provincial Park, taking charge of groups of 5-8 children aged 9-13. Before this, I have extensive babysitting and school holiday nannying for a network of Mums in my hometown , looking after children aged between 3-10. I also have a strong background in Nutrition and lifestyle science, having studied Biomedical Science and Microbiome Science, and have a passion for cooking. Additional practicalities wise, I'm fluent in french and english, have a full UK driving license (8+ years), am DBS checked, first aid trained and experienced with ages 3-16.

• Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)

I charge from £20 p/h for Nannying and babysitting, depending on age and number of children (maximum £25 p/h)
