About Me
We are Vicky and Michael and have a daughter who just turned 1 year old. She is generally a very happy and active child (she's been walking since she was 10 months old), loves to read books, sit on the swing and drum on anything she can find.
We are both self employed with Vicky wanting to go back to work soon. It is project-based, so she will either be out the whole day or at home for childcare. Michael is out every afternoon and some evenings, but all at different times, so we are looking for someone who is flexible with their hours, but also understanding that some weeks or months we'll need them more than others.
My Requirements
We need someone to look after our daughter, generally after her mid-day nap. Someone to play with her, go out and explore and give her dinner. One of us should always be home for bedtime, but we might ask the sitter to start preparing her for bed, to try and slow her down, turn down lights etc. We don't allow any screen time and we are strict with her salt and sugar intake, and our home is set up for this.
