My Requirements

My daughter is SEN and non-verbal, and she has an EHCP in place to support her individual needs. She is a loving, happy little girl who enjoys exploring. Loves water as well. She has just started reception. She was in nursery for 3 years which absolutely loved.
Because of her communication needs, I’m looking for a childminder who is patient, caring, understanding and experienced or confident in supporting children with additional needs. It is important to me that she is given the time and encouragement she needs to communicate, in a safe and nurturing environment.
I’m a friendly, caring and family-oriented person, and finding the right childminder is really important to me. I’m looking for someone I can build a trusting relationship with and feel completely comfortable leaving my daughter with.
I would love to find a childminder who will get to know her as an individual, understand her needs and celebrate her progress and achievements along the way.
