Part Time Nanny Job in Cardiff
About Me
We are a warm and friendly family based in North Cardiff. We are expecting our second baby at the end of December and have a bright, chatty and sociable four-year-old daughter who loves going to the park, arts and crafts, outings and keeping busy.
I will be recovering from a C-section after the birth, so we are looking for a kind, nurturing and experienced nanny who can provide a calm and supportive presence in our home. We also have a very calm 10-year-old sausage dog.
My Requirements
We are looking for temporary nanny support from January until around March, with the possibility of continuing for longer if required.
The hours would initially be Monday to Friday, 2pm–6pm. The main responsibility would be caring for our four year old daughter, including school pickups, planning activities, outings, preparing her evening meal and helping with bath time.
We would also appreciate occasional support with our newborn while I recover, as well as help with the children’s laundry and keeping play areas tidy and organised.
The ideal nanny will have experience with newborns and young children, be warm, reliable, proactive and comfortable providing both sole-charge and shared care. A full driving licence and access to a car are required.
