My Experience

I have experience caring for children and understand the importance of being attentive to their individual needs, routines and personalities.

I have experience working in a nursery from age 16-20, working with children from 0-5 years old.
During this time I earned my nursery practitioner qualification and first aid
Alongside working at a nursery I also have experience with caring for children (0-10 years old) privately (picking them up from nursery, taking them home and continuing to evening and into the night)

I enjoy keeping children entertained through play, creative activities and age-appropriate outings while making sure they are safe and well looked after.

My Qualifications

I am a responsible, trustworthy and dedicated childcare professional with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development and wellbeing.

During my time working in a nursery, I completed a range of relevant training courses, including Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Children, Safe Sleep, FGM Awareness, Food Safety and Hygiene, Prevent Duty and British Values, Understanding Babies, and Designated Health & Safety Officer training. I also gained my Nursery Practitioner qualification.

Throughout my time at the nursery, I built strong and positive relationships with both the children and their parents. My commitment to providing high-quality care led to several parents asking me to provide private babysitting outside of my nursery role. I have continued to provide childcare for some of these families even after leaving the nursery, which I feel reflects the trust and confidence parents have in my care.

I take safeguarding, safety and the wellbeing of every child extremely seriously. I am attentive to each child’s individual needs and always strive to create a safe, nurturing and enjoyable environment. I am also committed to continuing my professional development and expanding my knowledge and skills to provide the highest standard of childcare possible
