I'm looking for a childminder who has the understanding of a child who has a disability. My son was born with down syndrome, he is doing amazing & has been achieving his milestones. I'm looking for someone who knows that tasks might be a little harder for him but with the right encouragement there's no reason why he can't achieve them.
