My Experience
My 18-year career as a Depute Manager of a childcare facility has been entirely driven by my passion for supporting young children and their families. What truly sets my professional background apart, however, is the real-world experience I gain daily at home as a mum to three girls aged 6, 16 and 21. Navigating everything from early years milestones and primary school transitions to adolescent and young adult independence has given me a profound, firsthand appreciation for the challenges parents face. In my management roles, this dual perspective allows me to lead teams with authentic empathy, manage daily operations with a calm steadiness, and communicate with parents as both an industry expert and a fellow mother who truly "gets it."

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
Working hours are 8am to 5.30pm
*Full day £50
*Half day (no more than 5 hours AM or PM) £30
