About Me

I am a friendly, caring and reliable babysitter with professional experience working with children and young people. I enjoy creating a safe, positive and fun environment where children feel comfortable and supported. I am patient, responsible and happy to adapt activities and routines to suit each child’s individual needs. I am also happy to help with homework, meals, playtime and bedtime routines. I take pride in being trustworthy and dependable, and I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident that their children are in safe hands.

My Experience

I have professional experience working as a playworker with children and young people with disabilities, helping to provide a safe, fun and inclusive environment. This experience has helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, confidence and the ability to adapt activities to suit individual needs.
I have also regularly cared for my niece and nephew since they were babies, who are now primary school age. Through both my professional and family experience, I am comfortable supporting children with different personalities, ages and needs. I enjoy organising activities, playing games, helping with homework and supporting children with their everyday routines.

My Qualifications

I have GCSE qualifications in Health, Social Care and Childcare, as well as professional childcare experience. My additional training and certificates include Level 3 First Aid, Safeguarding Group B, TeamTeach Level 1 / Positive Behaviour Support, Food Hygiene Level 2, FSA Food Allergy and Intolerance Training, Prevent Awareness and Autism Awareness.
