About Me
We are a friendly family with three young daughters, aged 6, 3 and 1. Our older two attend school/nursery, and we are looking for someone kind, reliable and experienced who can become a familiar and trusted person for the girls. We value someone warm, calm and confident with young children, and ideally someone who is happy to build a longer-term relationship with our family.
My Requirements
We are looking for a flexible, ad-hoc nanny/babysitter to help mainly on occasional afternoons, evenings and weekends. Our childcare needs vary from week to week due to changing work commitments, so flexibility is very important.
Some weeks we may not require any help, while other weeks we may need one or two shifts, with occasional busier periods where more support may be required. Typical help may include caring for the children at home, preparing simple meals, bath and bedtime routines, school/nursery pick-ups, accompanying us on outings, and tidying/laundry.
We would love to find one regular person who gets to know the girls well and becomes our go-to childcare support. There is also the potential for more regular hours in the future if it feels like a good fit for everyone. A driving licence is preferred, and we would ideally like someone with childcare experience, DBS and paediatric first aid.
